EXERCISE EQUIPMENT / CHOOSE BY MOVEMENT
Resistance bands.
Training mats.
Real workouts.
Long rubber loops for pulling movements, fabric hip loops for lower-body sessions, and mats for Pilates, stretching and floor exercises. Here is how the formats differ.
A long loop is an exercise tool.
The Light Long-Loop Resistance Band and Medium Power Resistance Band are flexible rubber loops used for resistance training. They are not wristbands and have no screen, clasp or tracking electronics.
Long-loop bands are used in seated rows, standing pulling movements and other controlled resistance exercises. The band stretches as you move against it. Choose the format and resistance for the movement you want to practise.
- Ask for the loop length, band width, material and resistance information.
- Light and medium are product labels, not universal force ratings.
- For movements requiring an anchor, use suitable equipment and follow the product instructions.
A fabric loop for lower-body sessions.
The Fabric Hip Resistance Band is a wide woven elastic loop. It sits above the knees during movements such as squats, lateral steps and glute bridges. The outward leg movement works against the tension in the loop.
Compare its fit and construction with the long rubber bands rather than treating the formats as interchangeable. Ask us about dimensions and the intended resistance before placing an order.

Training mats provide a defined space for Pilates, stretching, mobility and bodyweight floor exercises. Our selection includes a forest-green training mat, a foldable glacier-mint mat and a clay mobility mat.
- Measure the available area and ask for exact mat dimensions.
- Compare thickness, material and the storage format.
- Lay the mat flat on a level, clean surface with room around it.
Keep your equipment ready for the next session.
Check rubber bands for tears or thinning, and fabric bands for damaged stitching. Keep bands away from sharp edges and direct heat. Follow the care instructions for the exact material.
Wipe your mat as directed, let it dry before storage and use its intended fold or roll format. Give each exercise enough clear space and keep the movement controlled.
